Last week the class made fruit kebabs in Design and Technology. This linked with our science work this term as we have been learning about nutrition and healthy eating. The class have learnt that fruits and vegetables contain lots of vitamins and minerals which help to keep our bodies healthy, that we should eat 5 or more portions of fruit and vegetables every day and that a balanced diet can provide us with all the nutrients we need to stay healthy. 

The class had a great time choosing and chopping fruit for their kebabs and we're sure they made for a delicious after school snack.
