We are thrilled to announce an exciting new opportunity for our children. We have teamed up with Harrietsham Primary School to offer Forest School sessions.

- Metacognitive Development & Child-led Enquiry
- Adventurous Play & Exploration Skills
- Confidence & Self-esteem
- Teamwork & Problem Solving
- Risk Management – Boundaries, Risk Taking, Safety
- Tool Use – Using Tools & Equipment Safely
- Shelter Building & Knots
- Fire Craft & Fire Safety
- Environmental Awareness, Science & Nature Knowledge
- Creative Projects – Art & Design Skills
- Cooking
- Physical Development & Healthy Lifestyles
- Planting & Growing
- Global Citizenship & Understanding of the World
To ensure your child can fully enjoy and participate in Forest School, they will need:
- Waterproof clothing (we recommend a puddle suit)
- Wellies (should be kept in school at all times)
- Old, warm clothes that can get muddy and messy
We will send out consent forms when it is time for your child's class.
